You Will Always Be Fully-Supported
We encourage you to book a consultation so than we can then send you a bespoke proposal which outlines the profile of the Virtalent Virtual Assistant we recommend you work with. Most clients then like to speak with the VA we recommend before making a decision. If you create an account, your Account Manager will be there to provide proactive support to both sides of the client-VA relationship. You can pick up the phone or send your Account Manager an email at any time if you have any questions, feedback or concerns. We are here to help you make the most out of the service!
There Are No Hidden Fees
You will be sent a login to our task management portal as soon as you have created an account with us. There you will be able to check the progress of any work being carried out, view a breakdown of any time logged to your account (to the exact second) and manage your invoices. If you have a budget, simply let us know so that we can ensure your VA keeps to this and make a note on the portal. All of our plans are prepaid and, if you need more hours, we’ll just invoice you at the end of the month.
All VAs Are Assessed, Trained and Supported
We pride ourselves on our reputation for high quality work. All applicants to Virtalent must pass through an extensive assessment process which involves a video-based pitch, assessment of their grammar and numeracy levels, testing of their skills (from managing an inbox to managing social media accounts), in-depth review of their references and an interview with one of the Directors of Virtalent. Fewer than 2% of applicants are successful in securing a position. And it doesn’t stop there. All VAs are continually trained and supported in their roles.

What happens once I have signed up?
If you have filled in all your details in the sign-up form, your dedicated Account Manager (the same person you spoke to for your consultation call) will get in touch with you right away. If you have already booked a consultation call, the VA we recommended to you in your proposal will get in touch so you can begin working together. We usually recommend you start your new virtual relationship with a more in-depth phone call to plan the coming weeks and months ahead.
We’ll also provide you with access to our task management portal and your Account Manager will be on hand at all times to support you. Yes, it really is as simple as that!

When does my VA work?
They usually work during standard UK business hours, but if you are in real need of a VA to work more unsociable hours please let us know and we will try out best to accommodate your needs.
What can my VA help with?
Some of our talented assistants can help with diary management, PA support, inbox management, research and admin tasks. Other VAs can assist with social media management, writing blogs or sending our newsletters.
