As Client Success Manager, Steph’s main responsibility at Virtalent is to provide the best customer service experience for our valued clients and 200+ strong team of Virtual Assistants. As their first point of contact, Steph typically spends her days helping our clients get off to a winning start with their new VAs, alongside supporting our clients through growth, as they expand their virtual teams with additional VAs and new skillsets. 

Steph also arranges holiday cover to ensure our clients are never without the helping hands they need, to keep the wheels of their business in motion.

Steph loves the varied nature of her role with Virtalent and the sheer number of people she gets to speak to and liaise with every day. As a former VA herself, she knows exactly what it takes to deliver an exemplary level of assistance to VAs and clients alike.

Steph started her career straight out of university, where she was first introduced to the world of Personal Assistance with a role as PA to the Programme Editors and TV Announcers at the BBC.  

Following this, Steph’s career went from success to success and saw her supporting high-level executives at some incredible companies, including Mayfair Recording Studios, the World Association of Girl Guides and Scouts, and MTV, to name a few.

Building on this experience, Steph decided to go freelance, before joining the Virtalent team as a VA herself back in 2017.  Here Steph learned first-hand just what it takes to support a wide range of clients with the highest of standards when it comes to providing business support.

Fast-forward to 2024 and Steph has now joined the internal team at Virtalent HQ, bringing with her an invaluable and unique perspective as a VA herself. She understands exactly what clients need when it comes to hiring, delegating and maximising the support of a virtual assistant.

It’s safe to say that there’s not much Steph doesn’t know when it comes to what makes a top-notch Virtual Assistant. Steph thrives on being able to utilise her skills and experience to give back and add value to the experience of our clients and VA team alike.

When not at work, Steph loves to spend time doting on her two children and three cats.  Steph also loves to spend time at the English seaside or taking walks along the River Thames, followed by relaxing in cosy old-fashioned pubs. As a keen crafter, Steph enjoys crochet, dressmaking and upcycling.  A huge fan of all things murder mystery, Steph also likes to curl up with a golden-age detective fiction book – she’s Agatha Christie’s biggest fan!
